| The four models Destination Audio will be introducing at the Expo are the F300R, F300C, F300T and SF10. The F300R is a 2-way bookshelf speaker which sports a 5.25-inch Poly Graphite cone mid-range woofer and a 1-inch fabric dome tweeter. The F300R can handle 100 Watts, has a frequency response of 60 Hz-20kHz, measures 12.75” H x 7.125” W x 8.5” D and weighs 11 pounds each. The F300C is a 2-way LCR/bookshelf speaker featuring dual 5.25-inch Poly Graphite cone mid-range woofers and a 1-inch fabric dome tweeter. The F300C can handle 120 Watts, has a frequency response of 60Hz-20kHz, measures 7.125” H x 20.75” W x 8.5” D and weighs 17 pounds each. The F300T is a 3-way tower speaker which consists of an 8-inch Compressed Cellulose Composite Subwoofer, dual 5.25-inch Poly Graphite cone mid-range woofers and a 1-inch fabric dome tweeter. The F300T can handle 150 Watts, has a frequency response of 45 Hz-20kHz, measures 42.5” H x 11” W x 13.25” D and weighs 40 pounds each. The SF-10 is the series’ 10-inch powered Compressed Cellulose Composite cone subwoofer which delivers ample bass down to a bone-rattling 30Hz! The SF10 measures 13” H x 14.5” W x 14.5” D, weighs in at 27 pounds and the built-in amplifier supplies 100 Watts of continuous power. The most important feature of the F300 series is each model’s ability to work hand-in-hand with Destination Audio’s Ascensia series in-wall and in-ceiling speaker offerings. Custom installers and integrators can easily combine F300 freestanding and Ascensia series in-wall and in-ceiling speaker models to create a custom home theater system which exactly matches their clientele’s needs and tastes. The suggested retail prices for the new F300 series models are: F300R: $320/pair; F300C: $180/each; F300T: $780/pair and SF10: $440/each. The F300 series are all available and shipping now.
