The Ascensia Series AC690 in-ceiling speaker is designed to be mounted in the ceiling and used for stereo applications such as Multi-room Audio or as Surround Sound. The AC690 is amongst one of the best 6½-inch in-ceiling speakers Destination Audio offers. The rigidity of the Aluminum woofer on the AC690 resulting in high piston surface output, which means you get crisp, clean sound with no distortion. A ±3dB switch allows installers to increase or decrease the output of the tweeter.The striking ABS frame and baffle and rigid aluminum grille are extremely sturdy. The attractive interior design of the speaker gives you the choice to leave the grill off to display the unique design. The AC690 is a perfect integration into any decor with a white grille and frame that may be repainted. Quick Install brackets are available to simplify the installation of the speaker.
